Hope you are enjoying your engagement. It is a shame you have not paid your rent. The first time you stayed on my property as a boarder you were homeless. You left owing me $80.00. Six months later with your boy friend. After tracking you down you promised to pay the debt. No payment. Tenants made contact saying you are homeless again. You paid me the $80.00 outstanding. The tenants were willing to give you another opportunity. Then you stayed and left with $160.00 outstanding. I have traced you down through Facebook and you promise to pay me the $160.00. No payment so far. Your actions are embarrassing to my tenants and your friends. Hopefully you will see this blog and make payment.
