Dear NZ Police
During my time I have dealt with a number of Police based in Pahiatua and Eketahuna. Here are some cases where the Police have not pressed charges or sided with extenants or neighbours. This non action indicates local residents can breach the laws and walk away. Examples:
- Tenant grieving for his flat mate. Before the funeral The dead tenant daughter and male mates breaks down the door and enters into the house and beats up the living tenant and takes items. I accompany the tenant to Pahiatua Police station and the constable refuses to take his statement
- Police need a warrant to enter a property. Eketahuna Constable Donna enter the house through the front door and allowed items to be removed. No warrant and the items where subject to a Tribunal Hearing which was coming up.
- During the property inspection guns where found plus drugs. The rental car was egg by Arihia the tenant. The tenants were given a warning.
- Within the last 2 months one of my properties was broken into by Ashleigh (friend of Damien Randle and Cassandra Leigh Downes) She has confirm she was the person I had disturbed on the property. No action by the Eketahuna Community Police.
- Non action by the Eketahuna Community Police when I complained that Hayden Poole had attack Christina(tenant) and would not leave the property. They were evicted. Cost to me $13,000.00. A neighbour 3 doors away intervene once because of the abusive behavior of Hayden Poole during his time on the property.
- Recce son Karl Hannan of 30 Bridge Street, Eketahuna threaten violence, verbal abuse and told me he will run me out of town hence a trespass notice is in place.
Prior to Christmas a Constable from Pahiatua Police Station responded to a 111 call by Karina Knight. This blondish constable (Ben) was intent on arresting me and called me a fucking idiot. Once he viewed the video a number of times. He did not arrest me and stated this video has no evidence at all on it. The next thing I hear is Karina Knight is on the Eketahuna Community Facebook Page asking previous tenants of mine to make contact. I will keep everyone posted. Eketahuna Community Police. No one came forward at the Disputes Tribunal making the Eketahuna Community Facebook cutless as their comments were gossip started by Emily Richards, Damien Randle and Melanie Palmer.
