Damien if your statement is true. I would have been charged by the Eketahuna Community Police. It seems to me you have forgotten one thing. It is call evidence. You cannot even produce a photo off your surveillance camera of this so called incident or produce a time this alleged incident occurred.

Trespass notices can be issued against someone at any time with reason. Residential Tenancy Act is clear. Yes Landlords can be trespassed only if they breach the right of entry into the property.
