It is great regret that your step son Reese has been abusing, threatening and entering my property trying to get at me. On February 18th around 2:45pm he rode his bike after me as I drove through town. Police became involved plus witnesses who heard his abusive description of myself. Yesterday February 21st he came from your house on foot and stood at my grate abusing me and calling me all sorts of names. 111 were called and his abuse was heard by the operator and recorded. He left stating the Police will not stop me. He went back to your home and you refused to let him stay on the property. Witness could hear this conversation. He then got on his bike and headed back to me and started the harassment and abuse again. He entered the property trying to bash the door down. I was talking to the Police and his actions will be heard on the phone recording.
What is the next step for you as a family before he does damage to my property and myself. Only you can guess this but from my point of view he is a danger to himself. Hopefully you can get him help for his mental instability.
Bubbles in January 2020 you threw your weight around telling me I should have kicked out my tenants prior to their lawful eviction in December 2019. Tenants were Madison Taylor and Arihia Aka Maheno Hoana Te-Rangi. To break the law can be expensive for a landlord. This was explained to you at the time. During the last 18 months untrue comments have been made by Arihia known as “Azia” on the Eketahuna Community Face Book page. I did not see you challenged these comments as a neighbour who endured car burn outs, noise and other anti social behavior. It seems to me Reese has read the latest comments on the Eketahuna Community Face Book Page based on what I have been accused off. Hence his anti social behavior has escalated to the stated where he tried to break into my home yesterday. How about being a responsible Eketahuna resident and tell the truth about Madison and Arihia. At the same time tell Reese. I do not think you have the strength of character to challenge my ex tenants and advise other Eketahuna residents what they were like as neighbours. This suggestion may help Reese mental state.
