I am told you were living with Cassandra and Damien. Then the Eketahuna Community Police made contact with you and the following comments surfaced.
Ekethauna Community Police have offered to facilitate returning your items after entering “unlawfully into a building” It seems to me the Eketahuna Community Police help people who enter my property. What did you say to them to get them to help you? Cassandra Downs and Damien Randle were evicted on December 10th 2022. You were present on this day. Then you admit you stayed on the property to December 17th. How about paying one weeks rent and power costs.
Ashleigh the Police quote you making this statement: Ashleigh stated the smoke butts and some of the other items located by you in the sleepout were as a result of her being in there. When spoken to Ashleigh acknowledged with hindsight she should have sought authority to enter the property to gather up gears. The off duty Constable were there with the baliff on the day of eviction for a brief spell. Why did you not seek authority from the baliff and constable on the day of the eviction. Why did you not just take your property and leave. It seems to me why should you get special treatment from the Eketahuna Community Police? Maybe you can explain why?
NZ Police Statement:
Considering the circumstances police have deemed it appropriate to issue a police warning to Ashleigh for ‘unlawfully in a building’. It is not a burglary and there was no intent to commit a crime. Ashleigh has advised she still has a small number of items left at the property amongst that of your ex tenants. I have advised that I would email you to seek if these can be returned to her, as they are not tenant property. If consented, I can provide your email to Ashleigh to correspond directly? Alternatively I am happy to collect her items (I understand there is not many) from you and facilitate returning to her. If you could please advise that would be appreciated
