Thank you for your reply which is the following:
When a Landlord has 6 sets of tenants within the last 3 years! The longest tenant staying for 1 year!
No previous tenants have got their bond back!

This comment shows you for what you are. A uniformed neighbour. Just like your comments on the Eketahuna Community Face Book page. If you were a landlord you would know a tenant only gets back the bond if they have not damaged the property or have made up to date rent payments. The Tenancy Tribunal has awarded full bond to me on a number of occasions. Keep sticking up for tenants who have not paid rent and damaged my houses. Then failed at the Tenancy Tribunal hearings.
