I visit you about 2 years ago and asked you to take down posts tenants had made on the Eketahuna Community Face Book page as they were defaming. You refused to do this. The result of your non action is the basis of this Eketahuna Community blog. You and your husband confirmed you were friends with Scott Mailman. Scott nephew is Madison Holden who is in a relationship with Arihia Hoana Te Rangi. Scott Mailman rented from me and was evicted by a Tenancy Tribunal Order.
First Order:
The tenancy of Scott Ernest Mailman at 31 Bengston Street, Eketahuna is
terminated, and possession is granted to N W Limited, at 12 noon on Friday,
13 December 2019.
